To speak to someone at the Sheriff's Office between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during the work week, go to the entrances on 11th St (north side of the Courthouse) and follow the signs. To speak to someone at the Sheriff's Office between 4:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. during the work week or on the weekend, go to the entrance on Hennepin Ave to the Law Enforcement Center (west side parking lot). ||Sheriff Scott Rehmann is the 26th Sheriff of McLeod County. The Sheriff is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of McLeod County and is responsible for both common and statutory law to keep and preserve the peace of the county. Also, the Sheriff is an officer of the McLeod District Court and has charge and custody of the county jail.
