Court Administrators are constitutional officers appointed by a majority of the judges of the district and serve in each county of the state. Court Administrators are court managers, whose duties and responsibilities include: personnel management; court financing and budgeting; equipment purchases; creation, maintenance and disposal of records; management, research and planning; caseflow management and administration of the jury system. They also have the authority to perform weddings.
