Certain Torrens documents, prior to recording, must be presented to the Torrens Examiner for approval.  These are involuntary documents (not signed by owner of record).  Please ask your legal council for advice, or you may call the Torrens Examiner directly.

Beginning May 1, 2006, all deeds filed on and after this date with a Certificate of Real Estate Value form will be required to also submit a septic form.  Please see the Environmental Services page, on left side click SSTS then Property Transfer for a listing of forms.  Any questions may be directed to 320-864-1214.
