On November 18, 2003, the McLeod County Board of Commissioners took action at their meeting to discontinue McLeod County Abstracting services including Tract checks.

Our office will continue to provide Registered Property Abstracts also known as Conditions of Registers or RPA's along with name and tax searches.

Fees are as follows:

Condition of Register (Certified)	$50.00
Federal, State & County Name Searches	$  6.00 per name
District Judgment Name Search	$  5.00 per name
Auditor's Special Assessment Search	$10.00 per parcel
Recorder's Delinquent Tax Search	$10.00 per parcel
Treasurer's Current Tax Search	$10.00 per parcel

For any other abstracting services, including tract checks, please ask for a recommendation of an abstract service provider from:

Real Estate Department at your Bank
Attorney's Office
Title Companies
Real Estate Agents
