McLeod County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a division of the Highway Department.  It is the incorporation of spatial features with attribute information.  The purpose of GIS is to provide information to the county employees as well as the general public in a digital mapping environment.

2005 Official County Map   
2005 County Map with updates.   Includes:  A map of the county, individual maps of the cities (Brownton, Biscay, Glencoe, Hutchinson, Lester Prairie, Plato, Silver Lake, Stewart, and Winsted), and maximum resolution images of the front and back of the map.  The 2005 map is a raster format.  As an option to the 2005 raster version, a 2009 County Map is available as vector with embedded fonts and is found on the "More Maps" page.
